NOVA installs and connects household gas appliances such as ranges, stoves and dryers. A replacement appliance and a first-time installation can have different requirements. The project should account for the equipment itself, the connection and any gas-line changes needed for the intended location.

Provide the appliance model, the intended location and whether equipment has already been purchased. Confirm who supplies the appliance and who handles cabinetry, electrical or other work. An appliance delivery appointment is not the same as an installation appointment.

Tell NOVA whether the appliance is already purchased and provide its model information. Supply and installation responsibilities should be confirmed for the project.
Sometimes an existing location can be reused, but equipment requirements and the current gas arrangement need assessment. New piping or other coordinated work may be necessary.
